　　At present, the Chinese plastics production ranks the second in the world, and people from all over the world fix their eyes on it. By the year 2005, the Chinese plastics productions have reached to 21.8423 million tons; while in five years time, at 2010, it will exceed 40 million tons, that is to say, 45.6501 million tons in exact. In the year 2006, the consumer needs of plastic is still hot, and the prediction is that the national consumption of all kinds of rubber productions can reach to or even surpass 5.3 million tons, which is 10% more than the year 2005.
