  东莞知力自动化设备有限公司是国家级高新技术企业，主要从事电子工业用精细化学品设备及助剂、高端漆包线专用脱（溶）漆机/潜溶仪及精细工业化学助剂，高精密度电子材料、贵金属回收助剂及机械等研发、生产和销售。

EM系列潜溶仪是一种全新的漆包线脱漆设备，是东莞市中子电子材料有限公司特聘的台湾专家团队自2013年开始历经三年潜心研究，发明的一种革命性的漆包线脱漆方法并取得国家发明专利和业内众多客户欢迎的脱漆设备。EM系列潜溶仪自2015年推出市场以来累计销售上百套。

产品涉及电子电气、汽车制造、金属表面处理、贵金属回收等行业。主要客户有：TDK、HITACHI、三菱电机、东风日产、德昌电机、正泰股份、中国伟翔等各涉及行业的龙头企业。邦特公司自2007年起已连续七年获得由工商局颁发的“广东省守合同重信用企业”称号。我们正努力将邦特打造成中国知名品牌。多年来通过技术引领市场，通过技术创新驱动发展，邦特品牌已赢得业界客户的充分认可，目前我们的主要客户有东风日产、正泰集团、中国伟翔、TDK、东莞珀韵等各行业的龙头企业。产品目前已远销美国（USA）、法国（France）、墨西哥（Mexico）、印尼（Indonesia）、新加坡（Singapore）、日本（Japan）等国家。

We successfully invented a revolutionary automated enameled wire stripping methods after three years of painstaking research of the experts from Taiwan and the agents’ R & D department of our company.        The regeneration and recovery process of gold and silver developed by Bont during 2004-2006 is the most advanced technology in China nowadays, this process has increased at least 2.5 tons of gold and 30 tons of silver reserves per year for the world. The corresponding series of products and equipment are sold around the world.

       Bont has won the title of "Guangdong Province Credible Enterprise" awarded by the Trade and Industry Bureau since 2007. Now we are trying to build it as a famous Chinese brand. 产品介绍

      EM系列潜溶仪是邦特公司推出的EM系列第二代机型。该机型集合了一代机EM-10/EM-11的优点，并将机器内部单元进行重新布局，使EM系列的机体体积大大缩小。EM系列通过调整软件和提高硬件使脱漆时间短至3-8秒；适用漆包线线径范围扩展到0.1-5.0mm。通过逆变器原理使交流电源产生交变磁场，将潜溶剂分子离子化；促使漆包线有机漆膜的高分子链断裂、溶解。
