深圳市三通伟业科技有限公司(Shenzhen SanTong weiye technology co., LTD )于2014年成立于享有“创新之都”的深圳沙井，2017年将生产工厂搬至东莞长安，公司是一家集扁平线圈立绕设备的研发、生产、销售、服务于一体，同是也配合客户开发、生产加工各种扁平线圈，公司通过自己的设备生产产品的同时，对机器设备进行全方位的优化与改良，使我们机器生产的产品品质更稳定，机器性能更稳定。

公司拥有多名国内最早涉及扁线立绕的技术人员，服务过的客户有台达、普思、胜美达、EPCOS、TDK、爱默生、京泉华、海光、伊戈尔、铭普光磁等国内外一流的电感与平板变压器厂商，同时也为多家电感变压器厂家与扁平线圈生产厂家提供技术支持。

Shenzhen Santong Weiye Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company) was established in 2014 in Shenzhen Shajing Subdistrict – “Two of Innovation”. Factory of the Company was moved to Chang’an Town of Dongguan City in 2017. The Company is engaged in the R&D, production, sale and service of flat wire winding equipment as well as the development and processing of all kinds of flat wires under the cooperation with clients. In addition to manufacturing products with the self-developed the equipment, the Company also makes efforts in the optimization and improvement of the machinery equipment with the aim of manufacturing products of consistent quality and keeping the machine performance stable.

Many technical personnel in the Company are the earliest ones who are engaged in vertical winding of flat wire and have provided service for clients including Delta, Pulse, Sumida, Sumida, EPCOS, TDK, Emerson, Everrise, Haiguang, Eaglerise and Mentech which are leading inductive and planar transformer manufacturers both at home and abroad. The technical personnel also provide technical supports for lots of inductive transformer manufacturers and flat coil producers.

3T-802扁平线立式绕线机

1、运用电脑控制，伺服驱动，可生产厚度0.2mm至6.0mm，宽度0.5mm至

10.0mm的各种扁平线圈产品（可生产扁平线截面积30 mm2以内）；

2、机械调试简单、方便、快速，只需更换模具即可；

3、主轴使用进口高精密数控车床加工，精度达到0.02mm以内，生产薄线更稳定；

4、运动多工位，可将扁平线圈在机器上自动成型；

5、采用windos操作界面，10寸液晶显示屏，画面清晰、直观，操作简单、易学；

6、可保存各规格产品的调机参数，调用简单、方便；

7、动力系统为进口高精度伺服电机，与CNC控制系统配套，使机械系统运行更精密、稳定；

3T-804/805扁平线立式绕线机

运用电脑控制，伺服驱动，可生产厚度0.4mm至3.5mm，宽度2.0mm至10.0mm的各种立绕方孔、三角形、椭圆形扁平线圈产品（线材截面积30平方mm以内）；可生产厚度0.4mm至3.5mm，宽度2.0mm至8.0mm的各种磁环扁平线圈产品（线材截面积20平方mm以内）机器调试同规格线材，不需要更换模具，只需调整参数；机器调试不同规格的线材只需更换模具即可；运动多工位，可将扁平线圈在机器上直接成型、取料（也可以订制加装机器人）；采用windos操作界面，12寸液晶显示屏，画面清晰、直观，操作简单、易学；可保存各规格产品的调机参数，调用简单、方便；动力系统为进口高精度伺服电机，与CNC控制系统配套，使机械系统运行更精密、稳定机器在厂内已大批量生产7.5*0.45、4.0*0.8、1*5等规格的产品，得到客户的高度认可，   机器稳定性更有保障。
