TG4040超软导热矽胶片(TG4040 Ultra Soft Thermal Conductive Pad)

拥有超高导热效能和压缩性(Shore00 35), 耐电压值更高达15KV/mm, 为中高阶导热矽胶片中, 非常柔软及具竞争力的材料。极适用於高功率的电子产品, 是热销国际市场的产品之一。

L37-3导热矽胶片(L37-3 Thermal Conductive Pad)

为导热系数达1.7W/m.K的初阶导热矽胶片, 具有极佳的柔软性和高压缩性, 是许多客户指定使用的产品。产品以玻璃纤维为补强材增加挺性, 同时也增加其耐电压的强度。

H48-2导热矽胶片(H48-2 Thermal Conductive Pad)

为导热系数达2.2W/m.K的中阶导热矽胶片, 其优点在於厚度可达0.3~20mm, 并可以做背胶和特殊冲型部份。目前使用客户众多。
